To ensure recommendations remain accurate and personalized, clients whose last comprehensive evaluation was more than 12 months ago, will require a new evaluation rather than a follow-up visit.

How do I know which appointment to schedule?
New clients and clients whose last comprehensive evaluation was more than 12 months ago should schedule a new evaluation. Returning clients seen within the previous 12 months may schedule an appropriate follow-up service. Contact the clinic if you are uncertain which appointment is right for you.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Preparation varies by service. You may receive instructions related to fasting, hydration, hair-sample collection, medications, supplements, or dietary records when the appointment is scheduled.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring completed patient forms, a current list of medications and supplements, relevant laboratory results, and any questions you would like to discuss.
Why is a new evaluation required after 12 months?
Health history, medications, supplements, lifestyle, symptoms, and wellness priorities can change significantly over time. A new evaluation allows the practitioner to reassess your current needs before making updated recommendations.
